Acqua Hotel - Pattaya

The hotel had the audacity to only offer half a toilet roll after cleaning. Breakfast was mediocre with no options for western eggs. As a regular guest, I expected better service, maybe even a complimentary upgrade for my inconveniences. The staff seemed oblivious to my discomfort, and I just couldn't let this slide without a review.

Excellent staff, new-fashioned and compact rooms with modern design, perfect monsoon shower, for instance. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location relatively near Walking Street Pattaya.

The staff were consistently warm and approachable. I enjoyed my time watching the fun interactions at the nearby local markets.

The dining experience was less fulfilling, especially for Western tastes. Breakfast choices were limited, and I found the cleanliness of the pool area could use more attention.

The spacious Superior Double Room featured a comfortable bed and solid amenities. The overall ambiance inside the hotel and the room makes it a decent spot to recharge after long days.

Water leaks behind the toilet after showers, which can be an annoying detail. The limited bathroom amenities for two people don't make sense. It's a small fix that could enhance the experience. The pool isn't very large, and the sauna could use a boost in temperature for a more fulfilling experience.

The location offered easy access to nightlife and the beach. The rooftop pool was a highlight! Be cautious around the pool area when barefoot. I look forward to returning on my next trip!

Comfortable room, relaxing amenities, with a fantastic rooftop pool that offered great views, and a well-equipped gym, made it easy to maintain my fitness routine .

It was just a fitting option for strolling around in Pattaya with great value for the money. The rooftop pool was surprisingly refreshing after a day out. Bring your own toiletries since the hotel provided only the basics.

The staff at Acqua are accommodating, always ready to assist and ensure a comfortable stay. Access for wheelchair users is made easier by the helpful staff readily available to assist with the steep ramps. This was my second visit, and once again, I found the service to be excellent and the overall atmosphere cute. I would certainly choose this hotel again for my next trip to Pattaya.

The room at Acqua Hotel in Pattaya is of excellent quality and reasonably priced. It has useful amenities such as a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. - the hotel has a perfect and ideal location in Pattaya, close to a bridge connecting the two buildings, Acqua and the beach or bars.

The room we stayed in was nicely decorated and had thoughtful amenities like a toothbrush and complimentary minibar, and the hotel's location was great, just a short walk away from a shopping center.
